Billed when system is faulty from day one

After my previous report to Hello Peter in September about debits going through our account for excessive response when the system was not working from day one, I was phoned by Bianca where she apologised and said the amounts would be reversed. I am still waiting and further debits have gone through the account and when querying this with Jo-anne van der Merwe all she did was send me a statement of all the amounts and totally different explanations to what I was given over the phone by a Bulelwa Nhlapo and Bianca. We paid a whole years fee upfront as well as the radio licence fee and now they are trying to tell us the amounts are for licence fee and excessive calls as well as service calls. We have had no excessive calls since the system was functioning correctly, all were before and it was all due to the system being fitted incorrectly which chubb was reponsible for and what service calls when the system was fitted and not functioning correctly for them to get it working correctly you have to pay for service calls, I think not
