Being ignored
I have been battling with Chubb for 6 months now just to cancel a contract and be paid a refund. I have sent countless emails and I am being ignored flat out. After lodging a compliant on Hello Peter, I was informed that manager Joanne vd Merwe would contact me to resolve the issue. This was a week ago. My emails are being ignored and I can't reach the appropriate people by phone. Please inform me of what to do!!
