Being Charged NUDEBT - after canceling contract in 2012

<p>i have made contact with Chubb telephonically and sent my query on email as requested by the lady who assisted me. I sold my house in Johannesburg in 2012, the new owner took over the contract, 6 months later I was being debited Saying I didn't give proper notice, which I did then do . FIVE years later deductions start coming off my account again - and no one can give me an answer or stop the ******* debit orders? I have been told on 3 occasions that there is a new system and my details can't be found! If you can't find my details to explain - how on earth do you deduct off my account MONTHLY - for 5 months I am paying for something incorrectly???</p>
