Bank***** of National Security and Fire

I had 10 contracts with National. Over a span of 24 months they debited my account with more than agreed upon. After several inquiries they agreed to credit my accounts, but i am not a credit provider as i work according to a budget. I am a mouse against a giant and would like to blacklist them for violating the NCR law on debit orders. I suffered a loss of almost R3000 . It will cost me more to get a lawyer involved. National cannot get away with this, as i am certain that other people has a similar experience, but due to the expensiveness to take on National, they just let bygones be bygones
