Bad service when paying account in advance

Chubb is is very bad with service. Pay your account in advance and get almost no service. Alarm goes off they get an hour later or dont come at all. Phone them to come now and then pass the houseto see if all is clear to no avail. People broke into the house, they came on later after an hour when police and other security was there.
