Bad service provider

Since June 2022 I have been struggling to cancel my contract I have with National security. If called witch you have to hold on very long if you lucky to get through. If send emails there response is the same they are trying to reach me. I would be like to know how hard is it to cancel a contract. I have a new armed response company that I'm using,now I have to pay them and pay national security witch I feel is wrong who does that.
