Bad service from National Security

Please stay away from this company there have no consideration for their clients at all. i have been a client from 2010 and actually advertised fro them as i was the first client in a new development, were most people used their competitor till recently when i cancelled with them due to poor or lack of no service at all. I have been dealing with Elsie and Granny who seem to always push the bucket from one another. In 2010 my house was broken into with the alarm on which never went off until the ******s had cleaned the house whilst we were in the house. Police came before the security guards after i had called Chubb. I phoned to cancel they bribed me with a free 3 months service. This year i was renovating my house and the alarm system was disconnected they kept deducting the monthly fee even though i still had no service. i called the ladies listed above and informed them to cancel and emails backups only for them to email me back and tell me that i need to pay and cancellation fee . For the past 5 months they have been deducting monthly fees of which no service was provided but still expect me to pay for cancellation and threatening to take me through to their legal department. As a security company they should have picked up and phoned me to ask or advise why their systems were in active?? there is no monitoring which the company does, you may die in your house with the alarm system on and you will only be discovered by your relative.
