Bad service from national

Poor service I got from them,,, the guy came and I took out contract with them and the guy Bruce Morrison said they will come and link me up and install a new battery and they came after the five days I was told without a battery and I sent them away coz it's pointless coz the one I have is dead and the sales guy has been giving me the run around and now his not taking my calls or responding to my texts
