Bad service

The worst service in the world, and caused by your unprofessional consultan Mr Carel. Bull sh## and lies in order to close a deal. For 2 week he hasn't answered or rep**** to my messages, called the manager yesterday 13-03-2020, please listen to that recording.. Called him again today @ 11:55 and guess what, he didn't answer and guess why, incorrect information given to the technician. Unbelievable this asshole must not deal with customers. Please cancel this order, or deal or what ever its called, I'm really angry and my Saturday is ####### because of *********** person.
