BAD SERVICE AND ENTERING PREMISES WITHOUT PERMISSION

The 13 of December 2019 I sent National security and Fire an e-mail to cancel my subscription. on numerous occasions I have received e-mails saying I must pay them. On 2020-10-29 I was contacted by National Security and Fire to tell me that they want top come and remove there radio, I mentioned to the lady that I will not be home and that she can contact me the following week to remove it. it has nearly been a year and never found the time to fetch the radio. on 2020-10-30 my gardener phoned me to inform me that the technicians are at my gate, I phoned him to inform him that they are not allowed on my premises without me being home. He handed the phone to Corne which had entered my residents without my authority or premises. Ruben the gardener said that Corne had told him that I gave her authority to enter my premises. At no stage I gave them or anyone to enter my residential address to remove equipment. This company staff and service is pathetic and think they can do just as they wish. Very very poor service and not trustworthy.
