Bad service

I’m utterly disappointed at the service that you guys have been serving me. My alarm hasn’t been working for weeks now.

The technician was onsite and said the air was getting into the sensor and that the issue will be resolved as they tightened it, the same day at night got a call from your control center and told them this story it’s been a week now and no one has contacted me but you guys are going to bill me as usual
