BAD SERVICE

I called them a moth ago to ask to add my cell phone number, nothing happened. I called again yesterday because mom mom's battery died and she wanted to replace it. I spoke Annamarie and she promised she will send a technical team and also change my number on the system, she has not done so. My elderly mom is afraid as the alarm is not functional. BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
