Bad service

My mom has been complaining about the alarm system which isn’t working since March, but the debit my account so in July I reversed the debit order cause what’s the point of paying for something that’s not working. I called sent several emails but none is getting back to me today I received a call from a lady saying I’ve been owing and I’m refusing to pay she was very rude and now I just received a letter of demand
