Bad service
My account gets debited with different amounts each month. I phoned and asked that I get detailed information for what I am paying for each month. It has now been longer than a week and no response. I decided to cancel. But when I phoned the call centre they only handle emergencies over weekends. Tomorrow is the 1e and then they still wants a month notice.
