Bad Service

Bad service rendered by this company in their operations and service.Even when canceling their services,they are not able to do this properly and continue to squeeze the consumer of their last funds,even though the cancelation emails were sent as well as calls being made to their call centre. I emailed them on 11 May 22 for immediate cancelation. I acknowledged that I would be billed for 1 June 22.I was asked to send an email as well,of which I did and am still being billed for July 22,as they say they did not receive the email.I emailed them again on 29 June 22 and called to confirm receipt on 30 June 22 and they still have not received the email and they confirm am sending it to the correct email.This is **************** for them to bill me,even though I canceled in adequate time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
