Bad service

Its recently came to my attention that Chubb security and fire has changed to National security and fire without been informed as their loyal client, i made an effort to called them and inquire of whats happening with the changes and they promised to send a letter with the details, I then asked them to come and change the boards and put the new ones of National security , they did send someone to deliver but didn't mount them on the wall like what Chubb previously did, I called them to come and mount the boards on the walls since they are lying on my couches here in my house but till today they keep on promising that they are coming, I didn't go to work yesterday and today because they promised me that they are coming but never came and never called to apologize or inform me why they didn't come, I think Chubb was better than this service i am receiving now from National Security, its a bad service indeed.
