Bad service

<p>Chubb really had the worst accounting dept ever. The billed me R1999.00 for a contract that included a free alarm to the value of R1999.00. I e-mailed them a copy of the contract and they informed me that the matter was sorted out, year two of my contract again i recive a bill for R1999.00 for a alarm... again i sent a copy of the contract, again they tell me that the matter is sorted ou... year thee and guess what they dept my bank account for the amount of R1999.00 without informing me, when i inquier they tell me it for a alarm system, again i sent the contract to show the alrm was free acording to the contract. And it cost me money to do a reversal on the dedt order. I also signed a 3 year contract with a fix rate of R350.00 guess what in year three my premium went up to 396.00. They are now advirtising monthly premiums of R345.00. Wen i inquierd to have my premim droped because my 3 year contract is finished and my alarm is payed off they did not reply.</p> <p>I would recomend that people think long and hard before considering Chubb. Their Armed respons personel is good but there admin section is useless </p>
