Bad service

<p>I complained about the lack of service last week. Got phoned with the pretense of service. I thought fine I'll give the umpteenth chance over the last 6 years. </p> <p> </p> <p>Guy comes and says I need a new board. No one phones me! So I send an email saying you know what just close. Only to be told you want a calendar month cancellation. </p> <p> </p> <p>So basically I've had no security forces most of this month and I'm still paying while also paying an increase in my insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>My contract has expired and your service is terrible. This contravenes the consumer protection act. I've changed my bank details some you can get lost. All you want is the money my family's life be damned. Shame on you. </p>
