Bad Service

Yesterday 01/04/2021 round about 17h00pm i was followed by a white VW polo from the mall to my house. As I was opening the gate i could see they were accelerating then i called Apcan/National *** I was shocked by the Agent answering(Tasnia) she asked me the description of the suspects while they trying to climb over an electric fence to attack me, whiles in the house there is my wife and 9years old daughter . Their reaction office showed up 17h55pm and none of them called me to check if am ok. This morning i took accountability i called Apcan/National security i spoke to the Lady supervisor(Devasnie Gouden) worse nightmare call lasted 22min without solution. What a terrible and horrifying experienced from this Company , l have been their client for the past 5years.

Just to add this was not the first time last year on the 15November 2020 i experienced the similar problem alarm went of @00h30am i specifically requested the unit guess what #dololo it was never dispatched. Scary service that am paying for. Surely they want something to happen to my family so that they can pull up their socks.
