Bad security service

I had my fence cut on Sunday 10th July at 8pm. I called the call centre at 8.15pm and it took 2 minutes for someone to answer my call. I did not know if there was anyone on the my property. I called again asking where the reponse team were. Still no one arrived until one of the managers on his way to another site responded. Over one hour before the actual response person arrived. I fixed my fence myself. To this day 13th July I have not had anyone even come back to me regarding this shoddy service. And I see from other messages, that the company doesn't even respond to complaints.
