Bad Help from CHUBB FIRE & SECURITY

<p>We were in a contract with Chubb for our alarm system, and over the years had very bad service and once the contract ended we cancelled there services. 3 months later we decided to go with a local security company near where we stay.</p> <p>They came and installed new eye's only to discover they were not active as Chubb had a Master code on and had not disabled it once the contract expired.</p> <p>I then called Chubb and was put through to Tech Department, gave all the details , Name , Telephone Number, then get told they cat help me with the master code as we were not on the system, this is not like it was 10 years later but like 6 months .</p> <p>I was then told they can send someone out, but i must pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sorry the system was paid for you got your money, you got the radion signal box , and now you dont want to do your job what should of been done in the first place.</p> <p>they are ok as long as you are signed in the contract, but cancell and move to another company ( sorry we cant help need to send someone out and you must pay)</p> <p> </p> <p>i then sent an email to chubb assist and got a reply to contact another branch, that i did -no help .</p> <p> </p> <p>People be WARNED CHUBB WORST SECURITY COMPANY AROUND.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
