BAD Financial Service at National Fire and Security

I started my contract as from the 1st May 2020. Since then, my account was debited March and April 2020. The amount of R545 was supposed to be debited every month. Its started off with costs that didn't meet the arrangements. Since then I have been trying to communicate only R395 is coming off. I get calls of arrears of R385 in May 2020. I send through details of what they require and today after months they taking money without communication in the middle of the month and has caused banking costs and unauthorized Debits instead of the 1st of each month. No one from consulting, financial and Area management can help. I want to cancel a contract that does not live up to its brand and legal commitments.
