BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

<p>Just bad, bad, bad x millions bad service when it comes to technical after sales services. Waiting seems to be forever because when you try to contact them then it is clear that the persons on the otherside of the line do not know how to route your call to the derect department. When you get eventualy to the correct department then you wait till kingdom come for the technician to keep up with the scheduled booking.</p> <p>I specially agreed to the booking date five days in advance to ensure that the job can be done useing the whole day but it seems Chubb see this as a hit and run case. 13h30 on the 5th day and still waiting.</p>
