Awful Experience

I have cancelled their armed response month to month contract on the 12th January 2022, but yet they are still debiting my account. I have also submitted follow up emails on the cancellation on the 26th January 2022 to no response from their cancellation department. My cancellation ticket number is 81250. Now they change the amounts andb continue to debit my account. The sales rep best advice to is to do a stop order and reverse the amounts. Now these come at my cost as I have to contact my bank to get my money back but a fee is deducted every time while they continue to disservice me.
