Awaiting fix on alarm since installation

<p>My alarm was installed a month and a half ago at my home. Since the second night... every night i put my alarm on stay mode or activate it when leavi g the home i get a phone call from the monitoring saying that there is a power failure/earth leakage. I had techinicians out 3 time already and every time they tell me it has been "fixed" but every night i still het a call. Now the guy was here again today and he changed my bypass zones on stay mode. Waiting a hour still for techinician to phone me and advise how to fix while my alarms power is still also not fixed. PLEASE JUST REPLACE YOUR BROKEN ALARM IN TOTAL AND GIVE ME A NEW ONE!!!! IT HAS BEEN DAMAGE SINCE THE FIRTS DAY.</p>
