authorized debit order

I have raised this issue with John and Chubb since last year there's been a debit order of R40.00 that comes off my account every second month done by free alarms which works under Chubb, and I have never authorized such, I called their office several times and i was told that John will get back to me and he never did.<br> This is regarded as ***** because I have never authorized such and I terminated my contract with Chubb last year December already
