Attempted ******

I am not happy with how National security handled our case after one of their employees made a mistake that left us traumatized. It was about 11pm when we heard the gate open. After few seconds my partner went out to go check since we could not hear a knock at the door but we heard the gate open. When he opened the door he could not see anyone but saw the shadow, he followed the shadow and picked up the brick on the way he then saw a man but could not identify properly as it was very dark as he was approaching the guy. The security guard from National security @ fire South Africa fired a gun towards my partner he then came running back to the house and we managed to lock the door luckily my partner was not shot how ever he fell we then called the police because at that time we thought it was an intruder my partner did not see the guard as it was very dark out side. It is unfortunate that even after the incident the gaurd did not try to came us down by explaining that he was not in to harm us to my surprise he continued banging on our house windows and the front and back door even tried forcefully opening the front door he just shouted National. I didnt know what he meant by shouting national he could hear a female crying from the house and that was me we asked him questions like what do u want he ignored us and continued to shout National it was the worst 20 to 30 minutes of my life having to wait 4 police that later came. We then opened the door to find a gaurd from National security and fire company with his full uniform the national car was packed out side the yard. Only then did the guy explained that he is from National and he later picked up that he went to the wrong address wich was our address his supervisor came on site at our house and apologized he then advised us that he will escalate the matter to his superior. We only got a visit from the manager 2 weeks later the name of the manager is Sipho Myeza he did not even came inside the house he stood out side by the gate and told us that the incident was not the companys fault but rather a human error and that we can take up but we must know that it is not the company's problem. We were at our own home a guard that was on duty wearing the company's full uniform using the company's car came in our house to fire a gun to the owner of the house what if my partner had died during that incident? My partner opened our door with the key he was shoot at the gaurd did not even fire a warning shot he was aiming at him still after the gaurd continued harassing us how do you protect a house that does not pay for your security services it is not our fault that the gaurd came in the wrong house how does the company insure that such incidents never happen i am so traumatized they changed my life for the worst we cant even enjoy the comfort of our own home anymore my partner and i are both traumatized all thanks to National security and fire South Africa and the treatment we got after the incident was disgusting. Someone must take responsibility from National because we did not call the company we dont even use their security services.it was the the company's responsibility to call out to the correct house. And to make sure that innocent people dont get harmed and that their gaurds are well trained to reduce the level of stress or trauma during such incidents. And train their gaurds to fire a warning shot and when to fire because how do u fire a gun to a person carrying a brick for his safety at his own home every night i battle to sleep it becomes a problem for me to sleep when my partner works night shift i even get bad dreams from time to time by something that i did not start i was in the comfort of my house i did not go out to start problems this thing has changed our lives for the worst even my performance at work has dropped because i cant focus due to lake of sleep my life was going well before the incident caused by National Security & fire i want the company to see the seriousness of this matter and to take responsibility according to me the whole incident was an attemted ******
