arrogant attitude by so called customer service
Cancelled my armed response and security at home with Chubb after many years due to absolute poor service when it comes to requesting maintenance on the alarm system booked a service even had a call to confirm and after three months no technician.<br> After cancelling the contract with them I called in for them to reset the installers code and collect their radios the person whom I spoke to did not even bother to enquire whom I am or why I cancelled.<br> But rather insisted on me returning the radios and I will have to pay for a call out to reset the installers code and if I cant return the radios there is a cost to CHUBB recovering the radios.<br> What arrogance no wonder the CHUBB signs are disappearing and being replaced by competitors in the area .<br> <br> CHUBB I WILL NOT PAY TO HAVE THE CODE RESET OR FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR RADIOS YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE CUSTOMERS WITH THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR STAFF.
