AND THEY ASK ME WHY!!

I just want to let the world know that Chubb is the worst security firm in Newcastle. We have been clients of them for about 4 - 7 years now. Since we started I had to complain several times on Hello Peter about their service. I tell you, if it was not for Hello Peter, I do not think we would have lasted this long. There was a time when I told one of the workers at Chubb that I would go over to another security firm and he did not even try to stop me. Last month I just had enough. We as a family decided to cancel the system with chubb and go over to Link Up. I could not believe what good service I got from them. Now I try to cancel the debit order of Chubb. I e-mailed Kesharal twice already, once a week or so ago and today again, asking her to confirm that they cancelled the debit order. No response. What did I expect? I am supposed to be used to Chubb's pathetic service by now. But you know what, some part of me still believed they would respond. People of Newcastle, if you really want good service, stay away from Chubb, their service and customer care is absolutely pathetic.
