Amounts debited without notification

I have never had services as disgusting as what I had to experience with CHUBB, they deducted R1000 from my account on the 19th February, which we did not agree on nor was I notified about, Thando at the head office finance department could not explain why and she was very rude, didn't even try to resolve the issue! i am having the bank reverse the payment and cancelling my contract with them.
