Alarm system malfunctioning

Alarm system not responding to app and it doesn’t communicate with the National control centre. I reported the issue from 09/07/2022 and until now 12/07/2022 and they promised to dispatch a technician to sort it out but no one came. I even phoned the call centre and they were rude to me.
