Alarm goes off all the time and not a priority

In December I couldnt arm my alarm.

Requested Chubb to check. Simon diagnosed a faulty eye. Replaced it.

On return in Jan 2018 I noted that the alarm had been triggered in our absence. Thought its due to storms.

Wednesday middle of the night alarm goes off. We bypass it after going off a few times. Thursday goes off numerous times. We report to Chubb technical. Call the technician Simon, who doesn't answer, as they can only send a technician on Monday. Manage to bypass it. Thirsday evening at 23pm goes off again.

At 11am Friday Chubb technical put me through to Simon who simply helps to bypass. I ask them to prioritise this as they can only send Simon out on Tuesday. Previous jobcard now closed and person who gave date of Monday on leave. Predictably at 19pm Friday alarm goes off.

So a wonderful weekend ahead of alarm arming itself and going off falsely.

And Chubb doesnt work weekends on such issues.
