ADMIN A DISASTER

I need an urgent explanation and signed authorisation for the 4 debit orders that went off my bank account in January 2015. The amounts and dates are set out below:<br> <br> 20/01/2015 R 778.00<br> 31/01/2015 R 394.20<br> 31/01/2015 R 389.00<br> 31/01/2015 R 389.00<br> <br> 02/02/2015 R 394.20 (I hope this is the Feb premium)<br> <br> Thus far I only had frustrating answers, no conclusion from Chubb due to human errors, no one reads the full complaint and only reply with useless information. I would love to end my contract with them asap.
