Additional invoices to my account

I got a call from chubb saying I owe them +- R1300. I requested a statement of account and found the following additional invoices on my account:

Please explain the following invoices / debits: 2016/04/04 R360.78 (there were a invoice on 01/04/2016 as well) 2017/05/08 R330.00 2018/10/01 R708.76 2018/10/11 R208.15 (I know Oct is the extra radio fee month, but why in total R916.91?????) 2019/05/01 R690.00 (normal monthly invoice was there on 2019/05/01)

I requsted an explanation on 26 July, to date still no reply. How can chubb just add a R650 bill for no reason???
