Abuse of a pensioner

I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 months. I was not notified of takeover and first cancellation was done on Chubb website. The last was a chat to a member of their staff and I am still being billed. I feel abused as I am a pensioner and cannot afford their services. I want the last 2 months payments returned. HELP!
