ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Had an attempted ******* where 5 men entered my premises. Panic button was pressed and luckily chased the ******s away. This took place at 15:30 in the afternoon and a National security van only drove past, they did not stop to assess, but just drove past at 17:10pm. Absolutely terrible service even after speaking to a supervisor, with 4 attempts. Absolutely dissapointed.
