absolutely disrespectful and horrid behaviour

absolutely disrespectful and horrid behaviour towards a pensioner. The salesmen were unable to provide us with the clauses in their contract showing us where what they were telling us is. They then started fighting with my dad whilst I was on the phone, and telling him that he was wrong and disrespectful instead of explaining to him what he was asking them for.
