A NIGHTMARE of a Company!!!!!

They are the worst ever!!!!!!!! In everything !!! Our house got broken in on the 1st January 2022. Pressed the emergency button so many times. They called and we confirmed that the are ******* in the house. The armed response guy came in an hour after the ******* left. The security guy indicated that he wasn’t working on the area, had to leave the area he was working at to come to another area. He even confirmed that no one was allocated to my area during that period as the person who was went on leave. The most thing was that during the most unsafe time such as New Years Eve and New Year’s Day people are traveling and others at their functions and most not at home, they decided or forgot to allocate a security guard, it’s really upsetting. They are extremely useless, uncaring… as we did not even get an apology or any explanation as to why did we not have an armed response person in our area and also why they came so late. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!!!!
