A danger to users

<p>I have been in my current location for 2 years. Chubb are supposed to respond to the alarm and check if the house has been compromised. Two years ago Chubb did respond on time but that fast deterriorated and for the last year and a half no vehicle will arrive within an hour. Nowadays if I dont answer their call first then no reaction car is sent, or it is sent after a long period. In my mind a reaction car must come ASAP in case we are being held hostage?? My most recent incident was on the 11/3/17 when they took one hour to respond. This was witnessed and recorded by my neighbour too.</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the months, I have called the desk with my concerns and nothing happens. Today a man calls from Chubb and spent several minutes on the call ARGUING with my wife and I. According to him, we are completely incorrect and they always respond within a few minutes. According to him, we have no idea what we are talking about. I am speechless as that means I have nowhere to take my concerns. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is OBVIOUSLY possible that the reaction unit is recording the response and yet are not arriving at our house.</p>
