A Company with a huge presence but no service and cannot be trusted

Dear all I wanted to respectfully point out that this Company national is a prominent Compay in the security and fire Industry we have used their services for two years . The service is very poor and I recently had a burglary. The ******s made off with a huge sum of stock. The Company did not respond to the alarm and it took so many phone calls and to date, they have not given me a reason as to why the alarm did not send a su=ignal. For those of you please beware . Our Company is having problems with the Insurance due to this situation. I beg you all to be mindful as this Company cannot be trusted. This is unacceptable. I am both furious and frustrated. We pay monthly and put our trust in them. I would be very mindful to consider them. We have subsequently cancelled our contract. They are not professional. Not to be trusted.
