45 min Responce and no Gate Opener

At 18:28 last night (27 July) I received a call from Chubb informing me that my Alarm had gone off. I requested an immediate response as there was nobody at home. At 19:14 I returned home to find a Chubb guard pressing the intercom buttons.

I asked the guard if he had just arrived and he confirmed that this was the case. I then asked why he hadn't gone in. He rep**** that he didn't know. I asked him to use his remotes as my electric gate has and activator fitted by Chubb on it. He was unable to open the gate with any of his remotes, some of which appeared not to have batteries.

From this we can learn that Chubb serves no purpose as security service. Not only do they arrive late but they are unable to do anything once there. I will be terminated my service with Chubb as soon as I can find an email address to send a mail to.
