41 minutes after alarm armed response responds

My alarm was in stay mode & was activated at 21:51. Chubb call centre called at 21:53. I told them to send armed response immediately as my family & myself was in my home. At only 22:32 did the armed response officer arrive & enter my gate. Is this the service I should be paying for. I requested Vernon the supervisor at the Durban call centre last night to get a senior Manager or Director to call me regarding the pathetic response time by Chubb. Its now 11:06am & I have yet to get a response from any management from Chubb. It this the kind of value that I get for the subscription I pay. We entrust Chubb to come to our assistance when we need them. To top it all the armed response officer went to the wrong address.
