15minutes response time

15minutes later, an agent rocks up at my place. 5minutes earlier I had called asking when to expect someone to inspect my property, was put on hold when transferred to Pretoria - got no response. So clearly the Pretoria office was not taking calls. Can only lodge a complaint at 08:00. Terrible service offering-15minute response time for armed security?!???
