I emailed on a Friday morning to enquire about a product, and got a response almost immediately. Within 10 minutes, with several back and forth emails, all my questions were answered and I had already received an invoice for my purchase. About two hours later I got confirmation that my parcel was couriered. I received the goods on Monday morning. I am super impressed with the quality and high level of service.
