Worst service ever!!!

Jeep Vanderbijlpark and jeep the Glen, the most useless companies I have ever felt with. No surprise same owner for both. I've been trying to buy parts for my wrangler for 2 weeks now, their system has been down for two weeks. Spoke to a guy named russie at jeep vanderbail ever two hours for two days straight and their systems have been off. How does one run a business yet can't even supply a part. Seriously never had such bad service and jeep should be ashamed to have their name on these branches.
