WARNING DO NOT BUY A JEEP

I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in 2013. It cost me R700,00. We planned a trip to Namibia in December 2014. Before reaching Namibia(NO 4X4 DONE BEFORE and 50000km on the clock) the suspension teared out of the framework and we could not travel any further. We were traveling @ 10km/ph when this happened. The Jeep was towed in and we had to make arrangements. We had NO support from Jeep. We also experienced the WORSE customer service ever. We had to follow up every time and at times and did not receive any joy from the call centre. We did not even know where our Jeep was. Jeep admitted it was a faulty vehicle but do not want to replace our car. I feel the Jeep is unsafe and will NOT allow my family to drive in it ever. We could have died if we were driving faster. By keeping all records on computer we will be penalized for a Jeep mistake when we want to sell it. I feel unsafe,so if you consider a 4x4 look at other brands as a Jeep is unsafe and NO customer service.We are without our Jeep for two months now. PLS DO NOT BUY A JEEP. I am a very disappointed Jeep owner. Jeep is unsafe and do not look after their customers.
