Traumatized Jeep client

My Jeep renegade 2016 model, 1, 6 caught fire on the parking lot on 20th of January 2018, and it was under insurance and the insurance did their investigations and they were able to discover that the fire was caused by the car itself, while on the other hand Jeep says they can't investigate the issue. Basically Ive lost all the money I was paying for my car for two years and the manufacture doesn't care. Please help. The car is still under warranty.
