The awful demise of a once great brand

I was sold a perfectly decent Jeep demo...until it was sent for the service: 1. Belly plate not replaced resulting in brake fluid pipe wearing out nearly ****ing us 2. Returned car to Jeep for a fix only to have it returned with an oil leak leading to car stalling 3. Returned it only to have turbo replaced with another broken turbo 4. Discovered that bonnet hatch was broken of and replaced by a cable tie 5. Returned it again....

Three months of problems, politely been emailing them with updates for the past 2 months, merely and reasonably requesting that they buy this very damaged vehicle back from me since it has clearly been damaged through the dealer's incompetence and Jeep's faulty parts...... Not even ONE reply from the branch manager at New Vaal Motors Pauline. Not the decency of a simple acknowledgement of the nightmare I have been put through these past months, not an apology, not a phone call, let alone any attempt at rectifying the mess they created.

Shocking. Disgusting. Avoid this disaster of a brand at all costs
