Shocking service

I had a issue with my car on Wednesday I called jeep 6 times every time being cutoff when put through to a technician.. I then told them to call me back urgently as expected it never happened.. Today I am stuck on the highway with a car not even two years a old with my 7 year old son. I will sell this ******* and never buy or support jeep again!
