Shocking

<p>I took my car for service due to an orange light which was appearing in my dashboard, surprisingly the light did not disappear , I was therefore charged 12000 rands in which no explanation was given. I called them immediately and it was story after story. I was told the steering racks are finished they needed to order parts, I paid a ago shocking enough no one bothered calling or informing me that the part was delivered, I went to them to ask for feedback I was told the part has been there for sometime , I was truly shocked as no one called or informed me , do they have a workshop manager, secondly after waiting a month I was told they ordered a wrong part I must wait for another 14 days, no apologies or any explanation, I guess is the color of my skin, I guess I'm too black to own a Jeep , can someone explain to me what is truly happening </p>
